How you start your day can impact the rest of your day so you may as well make a point to start out right!  By telling yourself these 4 things it will help get you into the right mindset so that you can maximize your productivity and feel good about yourself on a daily basis!


  1. “I have a purpose”; if you know then state it, if not thats ok but remember that you do have a purpose

  2. “I will grow today”; make a daily goal and strive to achieve it, even if it is something small or simple

  3. “I am worthy of respect”; stand up for yourself and don’t tolerate disrespect 

  4. “I am enough”; you can always grow and improve but you need to know that you are enough!
