There’s many things you can do to help your hair grow faster and stay healthier! The key is to be patient and stick with the process. TIPS BELOW:
Take care of your hair - shampoo & condition 1-2 a week
Cold-rinse at end of shower - helps hair follicles to absorb and seal in the nutrients from the shampoo and conditioner
Go easy on products - less is more, too much product can make your hair greasy and super oily.
Blow dry on low heat - high heat can cause a lot of damage to your hair and can dry it out
Take biotin supplements - helps promote healthy hair, skin and nails
Focus on nutrition: Eat omega-3 rich foods such as walnuts, salmon, broccoli (also take cod liver oil)
Keep it natural - altering your hair or adding chemicals to your hair will damage your hair and stunt growth
Trim dead ends - allows for dead hairs to start re-growth (use quality cutting shears)
Use Sateen sheets - less abrasive on you hair than regular cotton pillow cases
Head massages - feels great and improves blood flood to promote hair growth
